Nathan is a well respected local business man, who has vast experience of buying, selling and letting properties, whilst at the same time managing his building and development companies.

It is a legal requirement that all letting agents publish their fees on their website. Our lettings fees are as follows:
10% of the monthly rental amount
Set up fee – £300
Fee for renewal of tenancy – £100 for the initial renewal and £60 thereafter
Additional inspection appointments – £30 per inspection
75% of the first month’s rent (minimum fee of £350)
Inventory – £100
Energy Performance Certificate – £70
Energy Performance Certificate with Floorplan – £85
Gas safety certificate – £78
Electrical Installation (safety) Report – £175
Application fee (non-refundable) – £200 per property
Guarantor fee – £100
We will not take an application fee of more than one set of tenants.
