Monopoly Buy Sell Rent is a member of a Client Money Protection Scheme.

It is a legal requirement that all letting agents publish their fees on their website. Our lettings fees at Head Office and Wrexham branch are as follows – Denbighshire may differ from these

FOR LANDLORDS:

FULLY MANAGED

  • 10% plus VAT of the monthly rental amount
  • Set up fee – £400 plus VAT
  • Fee for renewal of tenancy – £100 for the initial renewal and £60 thereafter
  • Additional inspection appointments – £30 per extra inspection may be charged (3 mthly included)
LET ONLY
  • 75% plus VAT of the first month’s rent (minimum fee of £500 + VAT)
  • ADDITIONAL CHARGES
  • Inventory – £100 (current provider does not charge VAT)
  • Energy Performance Certificate – £70 plus VAT
  • Energy Performance Certificate with Floorplan – £85
  • Gas safety certificate – £78 – (with service £90)
  • Electrical Installation (safety) Report – £175 plus VAT

All prices above are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
