Monopoly Buy Sell Rent was set up by Simon and Nathan in June 2013

Simon is an experienced estate agent who was previously a partner in a town centre estate agency. Over time, and particularly in 2012, he noticed an enormous drop in the number of clients actually visiting the store. At the same time there was a huge increase in the number of valuations and viewings initiated from Rightmove and Zoopla. He therefore joined forces with family friend and property developer, Nathan to open an alternative, modern thinking agency. Reducing overheads enables the clients to benefit from massively reduced selling fees, whilst still offering a traditional full estate agency service.

Why would you consider purchasing a franchise over setting up independently?
